John’s transformative journey from Harlem to the streets of Delaware, to prison, to Rutgers University, to Cornell University, and finally to the executive board rooms of organized labor and his vision and fight for the inclusion of the most marginalized members of our community, sparked the formation of a collaboration between organized labor and community stakeholders and the development L.E.E.P., Inc, and the Pathways Programs.
